More school counselors would improve juvenile justice system for girls, Philadelphia DA says

Larry Krasner’s office says there should be one counselor in schools for every 250 students as part of an effort to provide girls with more support and resources. Right now, the ratio is one per 650 in Philadelphia public schools.
